Here are a couple announcements about
Counseling at PVE, Upcoming Events
and Programs!!!

November is PVE's Month of KINDNESS!!!

Classroom guidance taught to each grade level (PreK-6th) will focus on the theme of kindness. The quote of the month is: "We create a safe and welcoming community."

MIX-IT-UP at Lunch Day is Thursday, November 13th!!!

“Mix It Up” is a project of the Southern Poverty Law Center's Teaching Tolerance Program.
Mix-It-Up believes in the power of youth to create and sustain real change.
The purpose of this lunch is to reduce social boundaries and promote an inclusive learning environment for all students at PVE.
To do this, our cafeteria tables will be assigned and labeled with a month of the year (January-December). At lunch the students will sit at the table that has their birthday month assigned. I intend that this will encourage our students to interact with people outside of their normal social circles and learn the importance of “mixing it up” and stepping out of their comfort zones!
        Thank you for your support!
