I can be reached via phone (686-0922) before and after school, and sometimes at lunch at 527-0300. My extension at school is #28 if you get into the answering system.
I can also be reached via e-mail. In an effort to control spam, staff e-mail addresses are not published on our websites, but it is listed in the the school directory, and is available on request if you don't already have it.
General Information
Preschool is a special, fun time for your child! It is typically their first experience with going to school, and they have a LOT to learn. Our goal is to lay the building blocks for a successful transition into kindergarten and the later grades, while making sure we all have lots of fun doing it!!
Grades
Our school uses the Creative Curriculum for designing instruction and assessing
development. This is new to PVE this year, so stay tuned for more information as we all
get smarter on this tool.
2008-2009 School Year Supply List
The materials your child will need to bring to school are:
1 extra change of clothes in a large ziplock bag, labeled with child’s name
1 backpack with child’s name, large enough for artwork going home
4 glue sticks (preferably Elmer’s brand)
1 container tacky glue
1 large box tissue
1 package of 50 or more small (appox. 6”) paper plates
1 package of 25 or more paper bowls
1 box either quart- or gallon-size “ziplock” plastic bags
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE INDICATED, PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILD’S NAME ON MATERIALS AS THEY ARE FOR GENERAL CLASSROOM USE
